  7. Could we import in the "title contact" field, name, phone and email to the loan information screen?

    So accounting could followup with title on loans where we haven't received the check in a timely manner. obviously wires are preferred but a lot of title companies will send checks.

    Create a social media studio which leverages mortgage broker's branding and performance data which lives in EpochOS to automatically generate social media graphics. Examples would be number of days to CTC, month and annual performance statistics such as number of loans closed, average number of days to CTC, number of days between CTC and closing date, etc.

  10. Corporate Charge Card & Expanded Expense Management Platform

    Mortgage brokers can apply for a corporate charge card which does not report to personal credit. Provides rewards boosts for every day purchases specific to mortgage brokers such as credit reports, LOS subscriptions, etc. which no other credit card is able to offer. Broker will be able to issue physical and virtual cards to any employee for them to be able to pay for business expenses pre-tax. Corporate card would be released in conjunction with an expanded expense management platform where expenses can easily be categorized and integrated with QuickBooks, and deducted from the Loan Officer's commission if necessary.

    Central location to look up information about the lenders they are approved with. Information includes company address, NMLS ID, mortgagee clauses, FHA/VA lender IDs, product niches, AE contact information, and more. Will also add a rating system for LOs within a company to share their recent experiences with a lender. Email can automatically be sent to LO to provide feedback upon loan closing.
